Information you provide
The qualification form may collect your contact name, job title, business email address, and phone number. It may also collect high-level company information, including company name, website, location, industry, description, founding year, and headcount. It asks about total data storage, history, communication language, systems, export timing and available help; five ownership and privacy questions and related details; repeated tool categories, history, size, contents, exportability, location, and notes; and open narrative responses.
The form is for high-level information. Do not paste actual records, passwords, raw personal data, confidential files, or other sensitive content into it. We automatically attach an internal referral label to submissions. That label is managed by Data Valuation and is not entered by the respondent.
Loading the website sends technical request information, such as an IP address and browser request information, to hosting and font providers. These technical requests are separate from the business answers you enter in the intake.
How the form works
Draft answers are stored in the browser’s sessionStorage for the same browser tab while you complete the form. They are automatically cleared after the website confirms a successful submission. If you close the tab, clear browser data, or use a different browser, the draft may no longer be available. After a successful submission, a submission reference may remain in same-tab browser storage to display your confirmation; the answer draft is cleared.
Your answers are saved to the managed website MySQL database only after you select final Submit and the submission succeeds. Access to submitted intake information is restricted to the approved owner account through Manus OAuth sign-in and a verified session. The website may store an authentication identity or profile in the database as part of administrator login.
Why we use information
We use submitted information to receive and review an inquiry, assess whether a follow-up conversation may be appropriate, contact the business representative, answer requests, operate and protect the website, keep business records, and meet legal obligations. We use administrator authentication information to control the owner-only administration area and protect access.
The website does not use intake answers for AI training, automated buyer review, or solely automated decision-making. Submissions do not create an AI-training or dataset licence.
Who receives information
Data Valuation uses Manus and its service providers for hosting, managed database, and authentication services. They may process information as needed to provide those services. For owner administration, Manus sign-in cookies and session-related browser storage may be used to maintain authentication. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights or security, investigate misuse, or support a business transition where disclosure is permitted by law.
We do not sell or share lead or contact personal information for advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising. Production does not export submissions to commercial third parties, potential buyers, or other external recipients. Google Fonts is loaded from an external provider and may receive your IP address and browser request information when the website loads.
Cookies and tracking
We have not configured advertising pixels, tracking pixels, or nonessential analytics for the public website. Because advertising tracking and advertising-related sale or sharing are not part of the current website practices, we do not operate a separate advertising-tracking opt-out control at this time.
Authentication-related browser storage supports the owner administration experience. External providers may use technical mechanisms under their own terms. Browser settings can affect cookies and storage, but changing them may prevent administrator authentication from working.
Security
We use HTTPS for the public website and limit intake review to the approved owner account after authentication and session verification. These measures are intended to reduce risk, but no internet transmission, browser storage, provider system, or database can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Do not send information through the intake that you would not be comfortable providing for a high-level business qualification.
If you believe a security issue affects this website, contact n@superlimited.co with enough detail for us to review it. Do not include passwords, access tokens, actual company records, or sensitive personal information in a security report.
Retention and international processing
No automatic retention expiry is currently configured for submitted intake information. We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to review and follow up on the inquiry, maintain legitimate business records, resolve issues, and meet applicable legal obligations. We may retain information longer where law permits or requires it. A request for deletion does not necessarily require deletion where an exception applies.
Manus and its service providers may host or process information outside your country. We do not guarantee a particular storage location. Applicable data-protection laws and the circumstances of the processing determine any requirements for international transfers.
Your privacy choices and rights
Privacy rights depend on where you live, the relationship, the information involved, and the law that applies. Where applicable law provides them, you may have rights to request access to or knowledge of personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction or objection to certain processing, portability, or an opt-out of certain processing. You may also have a right to complain to an applicable regulator. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
To make a request, email n@superlimited.co and identify the right you wish to exercise, the information involved, and how we can contact you. We will manually review requests, may ask for information reasonably needed to verify identity or authority, and will respond as required by applicable law. We may deny or limit a request where verification fails, a legal exception applies, or the law allows or requires retention.
If the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to our processing, California residents may have rights to know, correct, delete, receive equal treatment, limit certain sensitive-information uses, and opt out of a sale or sharing as defined by that law. Current website practices do not sell or share lead or contact information for advertising. If a future practice creates an applicable opt-out obligation, we will provide the required method rather than treating this policy as an opt-out mechanism.
Children, changes, and contact
The website is intended for authorized adult business representatives and is not designed for children. Do not submit information about a child through the qualification form. If you believe that such information was submitted, contact us so we can review the request under applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Contact n@superlimited.co with privacy questions or requests. This policy describes website practices; it is not a privacy compliance certification or regulatory advice.
