These Terms apply to the website and its intake process, not to a future dataset licence, acquisition, advisory engagement, or other transaction. Those matters, if pursued, require their own written agreement.
The website is designed for established businesses considering whether their company operational datasets may be suitable for a future licensing opportunity for AI training or testing. It is currently a high-level qualification and intake channel only.
Eligibility and authority
You may use the website only if you are an adult business representative under the law that applies to you and are authorized to act for, or provide the information about, the business you identify. You are responsible for ensuring that your submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that sharing it through this intake is authorized.
The website is not designed for children or for personal, household, or consumer data submissions. Do not use it if doing so would violate an obligation, a contract, a law, or a third party’s rights.
What a submission does and does not do
A form submission asks Data Valuation to consider whether to review or follow up on a business opportunity. It does not transfer any dataset, grant any licence, sell a company, share your records with a buyer, establish a valuation, reserve capacity, create a paid commitment, or obligate either party to proceed. Data Valuation may decide not to respond or not to continue a discussion.
Any ranges, eligibility statements, examples, or other information on the website are illustrative only. They are not a promise of value, demand, buyer interest, suitability, a licence, a transaction, or an outcome. A future opportunity, if any, depends on further diligence and a separate written agreement accepted by the relevant parties.
Your submissions
Keep ownership of the information and intellectual-property rights you already have in a submission. You do not transfer ownership merely by using the website. You give Data Valuation a limited, non-exclusive permission to use the information you submit only to operate the intake, assess the inquiry, communicate and follow up with you, maintain appropriate business records, and use service providers that support those purposes.
That limited permission is not permission to train an AI system, license a dataset, disclose data to potential buyers, or commercially use operational records. Any broader permission must be addressed in a separate agreement. You represent that the information you submit is authorized for this limited review and does not infringe rights or breach duties owed to another person or organization.
Safe and lawful use
Do not submit actual company data records, raw personal records, passwords, authentication secrets, access tokens, payment-card details, health information, government identifiers, regulated data, files, or other information that is not necessary for a high-level qualification. The form requests your business contact information and high-level descriptions; it is not a secure data room or a channel for production datasets.
You must not interfere with the website, probe or bypass security, introduce harmful code, scrape or automate access without permission, impersonate another person, submit false or misleading information, or use the website for an unlawful, infringing, abusive, or competitive-harm purpose.
Platform services and external resources
Data Valuation uses Manus and its service providers for website hosting, managed database, and authentication functions. These providers may process information as needed to provide their services. Google Fonts is loaded externally and may receive your IP address and browser request information when the website loads. Those providers’ terms and privacy practices govern their own services.
The website may refer to or link to third-party websites or resources. Data Valuation does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for third-party content, availability, security, or practices. Review their terms and privacy information before using them.
Website materials and availability
Unless a separate notice says otherwise, the website’s design, text, brand elements, and other materials are owned by or used with permission by Data Valuation or their respective owners. You may use them only for your personal or internal business evaluation of the website. Do not copy, republish, adapt, sell, or exploit them without permission or a lawful basis to do so.
Data Valuation may change, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the website or intake at any time. We do not promise that the website will be available, error-free, secure, current, or suitable for every purpose.
